Heard the learned Advocate appointed for the applicants. 2.

The learned counsel vehemently submits that the applicants have been in jail for past 2-1/2 years and due to non-production before the trial Court, they are languishing in jail.

The learned APP has placed on record the copy of the communication by the Superintendent of Solapur District Prison, Solapur, dated 12.1.2015 which shows that the applicants herein have been produced before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Yadgir Court (Karnataka) on 12.1.2015. The learned counsel appointed for the applicants has put her best efforts to espouse the cause of the applicants. Her professional fees is quantified at Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only), to be paid to her within 3 months from today.
