The learned APP Shri S S Pednekar on instructions of Dr. Rajiv Bhujbal - the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Nashik City, who is personally present in Court and also on the telephonic instructions of Mr. Laxmikant Patil, - the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Nashik City makes a statement that the order dated 25/08/2017 passed by the Externing Authority i.e. Mr. Laxmikant T Patil - Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Nashik City, would stand withdrawn. In view thereof the challenge to the undated order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division would not survive. In view of the said statement the show cause notices dated 03/02/2017, 06/03/2017 and 28/03/2017 would also stand withdrawn.
