The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if his representation dated 25th September 2018 as regards the base rate of recovery of FRP be decided within a particular time frame. We have deferred the hearing of the above Writ Petition so as to enable learned Counsel Mr. Dushyant Kumar appearing for the Respondent No.1 i.e. Union of India to obtain instructions.

The learned Counsel Mr. Dushyant Kumar today on instructions Sneha Chavan 1/2

906 wp 12673-18.doc states that the said representation of the Petitioner would be considered by the concerned Competent Authority in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution within four weeks from date. Statement accepted.

In the light of aforesaid statement, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of.
