A communication is received from 2nd Addl. Principal Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai. It is reported that in Sessions Case No.19 of 2014, trial has commenced and three witnesses are examined. The victim was not present on two consecutive dates and, therefore, trial could not proceed further. The learned Judge has informed that he ha made every endeavour to dispose of as expeditiously as possible. 2.

For the reasons assigned, time is extended by two months from today.

This Court had requested Advocate Shri Garg to espouse the cause of the applicant. He has put his best efforts. His professional fees are quantified at Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). Application stands disposed of.
