In crime No.47/2016 for offfence punishable under section 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Manchar Road police station, Pune. the applicant seeking regular bail. The applicant is charge-sheeted. 3.

The prosecution has relied upon the F.I.R. and

2 19) ba2859-18.doc statements of other witness so as to claim that the applicant was a party to the crime in question. However, the applicant claims that his involvement is out of threats issued by the main accused. 4.

Such defence cannot be accepted at this stage of the prosecution. There is no substance in the application. The application is rejected.
