By the impugned order dated 17 October 2019, the Family Court, Pune directed husband to pay interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the wife.

It appears that the amount of maintenance is based on the finding that the petitioner is earning Rs.1 lakh per month. 3.

The Trial Court also recorded a finding that the wife is earning Rs.40,000/- per month.

Considering the dependency of old age parents, the Trial Court arrived at finding that the wife is entitled to Rs.15,000/- per month.

Order is passed in the year 2019.

The order is passed four years back and the order is based on the finding that the husband is earning Rs.1 lakh. Therefore, in my opinion, there is no legal infirmity in the order. 7.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
