On the last occasion, we had adjourned these petitions to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take instructions as to whether the reliefs which has been granted to the petitioners in a batch of Petitions (Writ Petition No.6401 of 2015 & others) by the Nagpur Bench of this Court as followed by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions (Writ Petition No.11655 of 2015 & ors) in its judgment dated 21 March 2016. The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions received by him from the Special Officer of the concerned department and as also informed to him in the letter dated 4 August 2016 which is taken on record and marked 'X" for identification, states that the prayers in these Petitions are covered by the said decisions of the Nagpur and Aurangabad Bench of this Court. 2.

In view of the statement as made by the learned

Rng 3 Assistant Government Pleader, we allow these petitions in terms of the decision of the Nagpur Bench in (Writ Petition No.6401 of 2015 and others) as followed by the Aurangabad Bench in (Writ Petition No.11655 of 2015 and others) 3.
