:

Pvr 2/2 903appa1646-1647-14.doc 2.
We have accordingly appointed Advocate Ms.Ameeta Kuttikrishnan to represent for the applicants in these applications. With the assistance of the learned Counsel for the applicants and learned APP, we have perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. The record has been made available to us for perusal by the learned Counsel for the parties. In the light of the overwhelming evidence of P.W.2 Pradeep and P.W.3 Prashant, who are the victims, we are not inclined to suspend the substantive sentence of imprisonment and enlarge the applicants on bail. It further appears that hearing of the appeals is already expedited. We, therefore, direct that the appeals filed by the applicants alongwith the other companion appeals be added to the final hearing board at their appropriate place on the board from 5th January,2015. 3.
Applications are, thus, partly allowed to the extent indicated above. 4.
Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the applicants is quantified at Rs.2000/- in each application.
