The Learned Counsel Ms Pooja Singh holding for Mrs. Sumedha Rao, appearing for the Appellant states that in view of the supervening event of the Suit itself being disposed of the Appeal from Order challenging an interlocutory order passed in the Suit does not survive. In view of the said statement, the above Appeal from Order is disposed of as having turned infructuous.

In view of the disposal of the above Appeal from Order, the Civil Application No.54 of 2015 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
