P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the first appeal against the judgment and award dated 30th June, 2017 passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Raigad in L.A.R. No.9 of 2009. 2.
