Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

The learned Counsel for the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 26/11/2016. Clause (3) of the order dated 26/11/2016 reads as follows :

925.appp1003.16.sxw "(3) The bail application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant, be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount."

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that sureties are pending verification and therefore, the applicant prays for cash bail for a period of 6 weeks.

In the circumstances, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be enlarged on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 6 weeks, within which the applicant shall furnish solvent sureties to the satisfaction of the Court. The application is disposed of accordingly.
