For the reasons recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.2865 2018, is allowed;

(ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.RC.0682016E0014 of 2016, registered with CBI - EOW, Mumbai, on

rpa 2/2 904-ba-2865-18.doc his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicant is directed to attend the CBI - EOW, Mumbai, once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till further orders;

(iv) Applicant shall not create any third party interest in respect to any of the property or disposed of the property, which is submitted as collateral security, which is term loan I, II and III;

(v) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence ; (vi) Bail Application stands disposed of.
