Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

The order of the learned Magistrate is in consonance with the prayer clause (a) of the complaint. I do not find anything wrong in the order. Petitioners cannot have grievance to make against the order. In fact the learned Magistrate has granted what was prayed by the petitioners. Writ Petition stands dismissed summarily.
