This is an application seeking stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and Award dated 15th July, 2022 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.96 of 2018. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the decreetal amount shall be deposited within eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Upon depositing the amount, liberty to the original claimants to apply for withdrawal of 50% of the decreetal amount with accrued interest.

If the applicant fails to deposit the decreetal amount within eight weeks as above, the order granting stay shall sand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 6.

Learned Counsel for the applicant shall inform the order passed by this Court today to the learned Counsel for the respondents.
