By this first appeal, appellants are challenging judgment and award dated 20.4.2016 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal in Claim Application No.O.A. (IIu)/MCC/0639/2010 dismissing appellants claim petition. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate for appellant and the impugned judgment and award , I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for following order.
