Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Out of four accused, in Crime No. 365/2019 registered with Faraskhana Police Station,

2/3 BA-3232-2019 (SR.9) recovery of gold ornaments has been effected at the instance of accused no.1-Pawar. One accused is yet absconding.

Offence is under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigation is over. On instructions, APP submits that there are no criminal antecedents against this applicant. The trial is not likely to commence in the near future and applicants presence can be secured by imposing '

conditions. In view of this, applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No. 365/2019 registered with Faraskhana Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

4. The applicant shall attend the Police Station concerned as and when called.

5. The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his latest place residence and mobile contact

3/3 BA-3232-2019 (SR.9) number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today;

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

The Bail Application stands disposed off in aforesaid terms.
