Cognizance taken is after section 156(3) order. Criminal application is filed for quashing the FIR No. MECR 12 of 2011 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 465, 467, 417, 420 and 34 of I.P.C. . In these circumstances, we dismiss the Criminal Application for want of prosecution.
