2] In a letter sent by prisoner, prisoner has stated that he has been transferred to Aurangabad Central Prison on 20/6/2018. He claims that he has not been given Ayurvedic treatment there. 3] Order dated 26/5/2017 delivered by a Special Judge in MCOC Special Case No.19 of 2011 shows that he has been referred to Ayurvedic Hospital by Doctor at J.J. Hospital. 1/2

(10) WP-5821-19.doc 4] Alongwith the Petition, there is also a paper cutting which shows that on 7/11/2018, a news item was published that Ayurvedic OPD has been opened at General Hospital, Chikalthana, Aurangabad. 5] In this situation, we direct Superintendent of the Jail at Aurangabad to extend the prisoner necessary treatment as directed by the Court earlier and take necessary steps for it within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
