The appellant-husband has filed this appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 1st October, 2013 passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court No.3, Mumbai in M.J.petition No. A-851 of 2009 and Petition No.B-9/2011 to the extent of grant of maintenance.

By the said order the respondent wife is granted maintenance at the rate of Rs.4000/- per month and the amount of Rs.3000/- per month was granted by way of maintenance to the elder daughter of pps

The learned Judge of the Family Court, after considering the status /position of the parties, the reasonable needs of the claimant and the income of the appellant, has fixed the maintenance amount. We don't find any error in the finding recorded by the Family Court so far as it relates granting of maintenance to the respondent wife and minor daughter Aarti. 3.

The appeal is devoid of any substance and the same is accordingly dismissed.
