Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we find that since there is an order of injunction from releasing the amount in favour of the petitioner, the State could not release the amount in favour of the petitioner. In the circumstances, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
