By this petition, the petitioner seeks action against the police personnel of the Bhivandi Taluka Police Station. The petitioner has made certain allegations against the Officers of the Bhivandi Taluka Police Station. Learned APP, Mrs. Kantharia, on instructions, makes a statement that the grievance of the petitioner would be looked into by the DYSP, Palghar Division and appropriate decision would be taken. Statement accepted.
