1] These applications are filed by the first informant namely Shri Harishchandra Baliram Mhatre for intervention in CR No.I-178 of 2018 dated 28.9.2018 registered with Kalamboli Police Station, Navi Mumbai under sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the counsel for the Intervener and the learned APP. Perused the record. 3] For the reasons stated in both applications, the said applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 8(ii).

4] Applicants in A.B.A. Nos.2194 and 2195 of 2018 are directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2 in both applications. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and an amended copies of the said applications be served upon the learned Advocate for the first informant within the same stipulated period. 5] Both applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
