By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking cancellation of bail granted by the Sessions Court, Bombay, on 20/10/2018 and 24/10/2019. The submission is that there is breach of conditions, subject to which the bail was granted. AJN

Learned A.P.P. states that the investigation in the present C.R. is complete and the Investigating Officer would be filing the charge-sheet within two weeks from today. He further makes a statement that since the investigation is over, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant who has been released on bail is not warranted.

In the wake of the said statement, since the relief sought is to cancel the order releasing the Applicant on bail in anticipation of his arrest and, that too, in the years 2018 and 2019, the Application cannot be entertained and deserves a dismissal. The Application is accordingly dismissed.
