Mr. Sadashiv Bhadikar attached to Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik City submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed chargesheet in the Court of 7th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and J.M.F.C., Nashik on 6th May, 2019 and the same has been numbered as S.C.C. No.5193 of 2019.

2) In view of the above, the Petitioners therefore are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
