The Civil Application is filed by the applicants i.e., the original plaintiffs, for withdrawal of the original ration card to avail of medical facility under Rajiv Gandhi Mediclaim policy scheme as applicant No.2, the brother of applicant No.1, has suffered cardiac problem in the month of November, 2015. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes that the appellants will produce the original ration card as and when required thereafter.

Caveat is filed by respondent Nos.2 to 4. However, the same does not pertain to this application and therefore, this application is allowed without notice to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 on the following terms: 1 / 2

caf.4066.2015_prodn.6.doc i) The applicants are allowed to withdraw the original ration card which is filed before this Court in the First Appeal. ii) The concerned Section Officer is directed to keep a certified photocopy of the same in the record and obtain an undertaking of the applicants that they shall produce the original ration card as and when required.
