Heard. This Application is for condonation of 397 days delay in preferring the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that on 15.01.2016 he had made a statement before this court that both the parties have started residing together. Thereafter he called upon the Applicant to remain present before this court. He submits that the letter dated 03.02.2016 issued to the Applicant returned unserved with postal remark "left". He submits that he does not have any instructions in the matter.
