Heard. We find that on 7/7/2017 itself Investigating officer has communicated to the petitioner that no cognizable offence was made out.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any written agreement and that alleged accused persons have also not issued any receipt.

In the situation we are not inclined to intervene in this jurisdiction. We keep all contentions of the parties open and with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies as are open in law, we dispose of the present matter.
