Mr. Tekavade, learned Counsel for petitioner, on basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, but submits that directions be issued to the Co-Operative Court taking up Dispute No.CC-II/118 of 2015 to dispose of the said proceeding as expeditiously as possible, particularly considering the provisions contained in Section 94 (1)(A) of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960.

The request of Mr. Tekavade is reasonable. Therefore, leave is granted to withdraw this petition and directions are issued to the Co-Operative Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceeding as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order before the Co-Operative Court.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with directions as aforesaid.
