Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Fifth and Sixth Respondents.

The order dated 14th August 2013 passed by this Court has been implemented by passing the order dated 15th March 2014 by the Additional Collector-cum-Deputy Director of Resettlement (Land), Pune. A grievance has been made by filing a rejoinder. The grievance is as regards the merits of the said order. Though belatedly, the order of this

ash cp-22.14 Court has been complied with. Therefore, it is not necessary to proceed against the Respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Hence, the notice is discharged. The Petition is disposed of.

It will be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedies. It will be also open to the Petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the concerned Authorities.
