1. This is an Application by the Applicant for permission to travel to Saudi Arabia for four weeks between 23.12.2022 to 22.01.2023 inclusive of both these dates to perform umrah. The Applicant was granted similar permission in past vide different orders as follows. All these orders were passed in Criminal Applications in Criminal Appeal No.1530 of 2018. Shabnoor

(i) Criminal Application No.2060 of 2018 dated 14.01.2019.

(ii) Criminal Application No.462 of 2019 dated 28.03.2019.

(iii) Criminal Application No.1398 of 2019 dated 03.09.2019.

(iv) Interim Application No.1 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019.

(v) Interim Application No.1237 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020.

2. There are no allegations that the Applicant has misused these orders or that he has over stayed his permissions. Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer has no objection for allowing this Application. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is permitted to travel to Saudi Arabia w.e.f. 23.12.2022 to 22.01.2023.

(iii) The Applicant shall submit his itinerary before the Investigating Agency. He shall also give the details of his travel and residence at Saudi Arabia including telephone numbers.

(iv) Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
