Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. In paragraph 7 of the application, reason is given as to why advocate for the applicants remained absent on 24th October, 2016. In view of the said reason, a case for restoration is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (ai). Ad-interim relief granted on 22nd July, 2016 in the writ petition is restored. It shall continue till next date. Place the writ petition on 22nd February, 2016 under the caption of "Fresh Admission".
