The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the sole appellant Shri Shivaji Narhari Kavde has expired on 6th October, 2017 leaving behind proposed appellants, who have filed the present Civil Application in First Appeal for bringing legal heirs on record. This Civil Application is filed on 15th November, 2017 i.e., within the stipulated period. Hence, Civil Application is allowed. The legal heirs of the original appellant Shivaji Kavde are to be brought on record. The learned Counsel for the applicants is directed to make amendment in the Appeal within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
