This is an application received through jail for expeditious hearing of Special MCOC Case No.9 of 2010 arising from Crime No.190 of 2009, pending on the file of Sessions Court at Kalyan. 2.

The learned APP has placed on record a report which indicates that the trial has already commenced. One witness is already examined and remaining six witnesses are already summoned. In view of the above I do not find it necessary to issue any further directions except to direct the Sessions Judge, Kalyan to make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
