This is an application received through jail seeking expeditious hearing of C.R.No.87 of 2014, registered with the Kankiya Police Station, District - Thane, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376, 354, 328, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that the trial has commenced and that two witnesses in the said case have already been examined. He states that the third witness will be examined today.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced and till date two witnesses in the said case have already been examined, it is expected that the trial will be disposed of by the learned Sessions Judge expeditiously.

In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the said application.
