This Application is filed for restoration of First Appeal (ST) No.1177 of 2017. The registration of Appeal was refused in view of the conditional order dated 3rd July, 2017 passed by the Registrar Judicial-II. Four weeks time was granted for removing office objection. Since the objection was not removed within a period of four weeks, the registration of First Appeal was refused.
