In view of the learned APP having made a statement that the Applicants have returned the belongings to the complainant and considering the detail reasons for which ad-interim pre-arrest bail has been granted in favour of the Applicant vide order dated 16.12.2014 by my predecessor hardly there exists any reason for not confirming the adinterim pre-arrest bail. 2.

Resultantly, the application is allowed. The ad-interim order passed on 16.12.2014 is hereby confirmed on terms and conditions upon which same was granted and as applicable now. (P.D. KODE, J.) Megha 1 of 1
