This is an application for modification of order dated 23rd July, 2018 passed by this Court granting bail to the applicant. The applicant was directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. I/440/2016 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai on his furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The Court had also imposed other conditions. It is submitted that the applicant is from Uttar Pradesh and although he has granted bail by order dated 23rd July, 2018. He continues to be in detention for want of local solvent surety. It is difficult for the applicant to find out the local solvent surety. Hence, said condition be relaxed by permitting Shubham

504-appP-1354-2018.doc the applicant to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

I) The order dated 23rd July, 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1407 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. I/440/2016 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station on his furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

II) Before release, the applicant shall furnish details of his residence and the proof of his residence to the trial Court. III) The application stands disposed of.
