The Petitioner has been transferred by order dated 25 August 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as per TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Government Resolution dated 12 May 2011, the grievance forum is TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.01.31 15:28:32 +0530 created thereby those who are aggrieved by transfers can approach the Divisional Commissioner for redressal. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner had approached the Divisional Commissioner on 28 August 2023, however, there is no decision thereupon. The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the decision could not be taken because report from the concerned

Trupti 2 14-wp-16417-2023.doc Zilla Parishad is called for. The learned AGP states that a decision would be taken within a period of four weeks from today. Statement made on instructions is accepted. The concerned Zilla Parishad would send necessary information to the Divisional Commissioner so that the decision can be taken in time.

The learned AGP states that a copy of this order would be forwarded to the concerned Zilla Parishad.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
