This is an application for modification of order dated 2-8-2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1171 of 2017. The applicant was directed to report the concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11 am and 1 p.m till further orders. The applicant was also directed not to enter the residential area of the complainant and that he shall not try to approach the complainant. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant has complied with the said order since last more than a year. He is also attending the Trial Court on the date of hearing of the case. The applicant is relying on acknowledgements issued by police station on the date of attendance of the applicant.

The applicant was granted bail on 2-8-2017 and since then he has been attending the police station. The bail order also stipulates other conditions viz not to enter the residential area of the complainant and also not to approach the complainant. The order also directs the applicant to attend the Trial Court on the date of hearing of the case.

In the circumstances, condition no.(iii) stipulated in order dated 2-8-2017 passed in Bail Application No.1171 of 2017 directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday is hereby relaxed. The other conditions stipulated in order 2-8-2017 remains intact and operative. Criminal Application No.1355 of 2018 stands disposed off.
