Apprehending arrest in the Crime No. I-198 of 2019 registered with NRI Sagari Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of The Indian Penal Code, (for short 'IPC') 1860 and Sections 5, 6, 11 and 13 of Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act 1963, applicant is seeking the pre-arrest bail. Investigation in this crime is over and charge-sheet has been filed. Prima-facie, the material placed on record does not disclose complicity of the applicant, in forging valuable security i.e a letter of allotment by the CIDCO in favour of one Dinanath D. Mhatre, relating to the plot No. G/69 Sector 20.

907.ABA.2530.2019.doc (a) in the event of arrest, applicant shall be released on furnishing the P.R Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (b) Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station and co-operate in the further investigation.

(c) The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station and report to the Investigating Officer on 29th November, 2019 between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and thereafter, on Monday of first week of each month for three months. (d) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

(e) The applicant shall furnish particulars of his residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any from time to time to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station. Application is allowed and disposed of.
