This is an application seeking expeditious trial in NDPS Special Case No. 111 of 2012 pending before the Special Court at City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai.

The learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that the recording of evidence is completed. The learned counsel Mr. Venegaonkar upon instructions from the prosecutor submits that the prosecutor has proceeded with the arguments and he may complete the arguments at the most within one months. 3.
