This application has been moved for transferring

jdk 2 1.MCA.ST.32280.17.doc Review Application St. No. 33926 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 1602 of 2014 from High Court Bench at Aurangabad to the Principal Seat at Mumbai. The review application is at present pending before the High Court Bench at Aurangabad. The transfer is sought of Review Application in Writ Petition No. 1602 of 2014. The parties in Writ Petition are from Osmanabad and they would be put to considerable inconvenience if the review application is transferred to the Principal Seat at Mumbai. On the other hand, Office of the Government Pleader at Aurangabad which represents the Government, is available all the time to deal with the matters pending before the High Court Bench at Aurangabad. The transfer is sought to avoid conflicting views and orders from two different Courts.

jdk 3 1.MCA.ST.32280.17.doc Aurangabad Bench to its counter-part in Mumbai and to the Court and the matter can be disposed of in the light of the said decision at the Principal Seat.

In view of the above facts, I do not think that this is a fit case to transfer the review application, hence, the application is rejected.
