Applicant is seeking extension of time to furnish the surety and the facility of cash bail granted by this Court. The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21st August, 2018 passed in B.A No. 1798 of 2018. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 20,000/-. Applicant was granted cash security for a period of four weeks by order dated 26th September, 2018. Taking into consideration aforesaid submission, cash security for the sum of Rs.20,000/- granted by this Court vide order dated 26th September, 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks. 3.
