The fact remains that this Court while issuing notice has granted ad-interim relief in the Writ Petition, which was vacated by a speaking order. The said order was thereafter sought to be reviewed, which prayer was also rejected on 18/11/2022. 2.

Apart from above, it appears that the applicants/petitioners have not questioned their status as that of contractual employees as has been rightly so recorded in the earlier order. akn 1/2

In this background, we hardly see any reason to reconsider and grant relief as has been prayed.
