By order dated 22 November 2022, we had granted liberty to the Petitioner to file an application for amendment only on the limited factual aspect, however, in the application for amendment various other grounds are also taken.

Considering that the Petition is pending for admission and that a reply to the Interim Application deals with the additional grounds taken in the amendment application, we allow the Interim Application. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. Reverification is dispensed with since the Interim Application is upon re-verification.

The reply to the Interim Application filed by the Respondents be placed on the record compilation of the Writ Petition to be treated as additional reply to the amended portion. 5.
