Heard. Primarily, the petitioner is challenging valuation of the property, his remedy would be to file an appeal under Section 32B of the Maharashtra Stamps Act. Since the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950. Hence petition is dismissed.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.

In the event the petitioner chooses to file an appeal, he is at liberty to take benefit of provisions of Section 14 of the Indian Limitation Act.
