Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is filed by the wife under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of divorce petition bearing no. A-1010/2008 from file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai to any other Judge of same Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier Principal judge is already retired. In view of subsequent development that earlier Principal Judge of Family Court is retired, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, same stands rejected as infructuous.
