Petition is filed for following reliefs :
"a. that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ order and direction directing the Respondents to forthwith take cognizance in respect of the complaints made by the Petitioner against the named persons and take appropriate legal action in accordance with law including the action of initiating Chapter and Externment proceedings as permissible under the provisions of law.
b.
that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Respondents to forthwith restore the law and order situation and remove the terror of the persons named in the complaint to the public at large residing in the said vicinity by taking appropriate legal steps in accordance with law."

Learned A.P.P placed on record the report dated 14th March, 2017 by Senior Police Inspector, Worli Police Station, Mumbai. The report discloses that the Senior Police Inspector of Worli Police Station has forwarded papers to the Special Executive Officer to take action against Firoz Khan under the provisions of Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the light of above, Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner's grievance no more survives at this stage.
