This is an application received through jail for bail. The learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer submitted that the trial pertaining to the present case bearing Special Case No. 378 of 2015 has already been commenced and the prosecution has examined 4 witnesses till today. She further submitted that the recording of evidence of victim girl is scheduled on 27.02.2018.

In view thereof, no need to consider the application for bail of the Applicant at this stage. However, the Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail if the trial pertaining to Special Case No. 378 of 2015 does not conclude within a period of one year from today.
