This Application is filed seeking return of original documents from R & P at file-C in First Appeal No.1233 of 2019. The documents are given in paragraph No.3 of this Application. The Applicants undertake to produce on record certified true copies of the original documents, till the originals are returned back. 3.

Subject to above undertaking, the office shall hand over original documents as given in paragraph No.3 of this Application by taking certified true copies of those documents on record. The Applicants to again submit original documents as soon as their BGP.
